Savannah based Armstrong Atlantic University’s Center for Regional Analysis released it’s 2011 3rd Quarter Economic review & outlook.
With 7 straight quarters of growth since the end of the recession, our area has fared well with slow but steady growth. Commercial Real Estate, especially industrial, has seen a pick up of activity in the last half of 2011. The port, tourism, industrial & manufacturing highlight this growth.
